Lots of river stone/rock walking cause they are mostly in gorges. Not long walks. 30 to 34 Deg every day. Down to 10-12 deg some nights so camping gets cool. Campfires. Coolest nights July. Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Fully Booked) The walk begins at Meryla Pass in Morton NP.  From the locked gate continue on the Fire Trail along the ridge.  There are several viewpoints which look towards Mt Carrialoo, Crankey's Creek and Lake Yarrunga until reaching the end of the track overlooking Wombat Hill.  On the return there is an optional trail leading to Rebecca's View over Sandy's Creek on the other side of the ridge. Hazards: Rough track and unfenced cliffs. Off track for extension to the trig.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longEvery year Bush Search and Rescue NSW (BSAR) organises and runs the Australian Emergency Services Wilderness Navigation Shield or NavShield. Participants test their bush and compass navigation abilities in an overnight event through 100 square km of wilderness terrain a few hours drive from Sydney, Australia. The location of the event is different each year. The two day event starts at 09:00 on Saturday and finishes at 12:00 Sunday. Registrations are open from Friday 05 May 2023. Due to legal requirements, all participants must be >18yrs old irrespective of whether they are operational members of the NSW SES or RFS.

A rough fire trail leads out to a trig point overlooking Kangaroo Valley.  On the return, a side track leads out to Brown Mountain lookout for views over the south coast.  Aboriginal rubbings are seen on both tracks. Hazards: Rough track, unfenced cliff edges, slippery after rain.

Part of the Great South Coast Walk  (http://greatsouthcoastwalk.net/) a long-distance walking route along the southern coastline of New South Wales, from Bundeena on the southern fringe of Sydney, to Mallacoota, just over the border in Victoria, 660km in total. There is an optional rough off-track section to view some hidden waterfalls and pools in the Berarra Creek catchment. Depending on coastal conditions at the time some wading across lagoon entrances might be necessary.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFully Vaccinated | All participants must be able to show proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to particpate.We start from Little Wobby with Water Taxi from Brooklyn. It's $12.64 per person with Card payment. We climb to Midway Ridge Trails that have many fabulous lookouts toward Hawkesbury River. The climbs involve some bush bashing and obscured tracks. The walk until Tank creek would be pleasant walks among typical Australian vegetations of Angosphoras, geebungs, gumtrees, flannel flowers both helianthis and minor, fringed lilies, native irises. There'll be 2 television aerials observed set on the rocks, in the middle of the bush. The walks along kilometres and kilometres of the fire trails are exposed  until we reach Kariong Brook Falls that provide some respite from the sun and extra water.
