Grade:3/6 | Length | 10km | 300m | Sydney Branch | |

This is for your information only. I am not leading. Public transport times are also suggestion only. You can you anytime. When you arrive at McMaster Beach, there will be marshalls and you just follow instruction( or the crowd). The 5 Lands Walk is a physical, spiritual and cultural journey. A gift to you from the communities and sponsors of the Central Coast. A place where no one is excluded. A place where family, friends and the wider community are encouraged to celebrate life, have fun and connect to our deep Aboriginal history, European settlement, and who we are today. In doing so we take a step to create a more harmonious and inclusive society on the Central Coast and beyond. The 5 Lands Walk is a day-long festival held on the Saturday closest to the winter solstice when the whales, a significant totem of the Darkinjung people, are migrating north, along 10 km of spectacular coastline.
In 2006 we were inspired by Italy's Cinque Terra, but we created our own uniquely Australian event, a collaboration between the Aboriginal and broader communities, to connect people to people and people to place. We've been improving it every year since.
2021 will see many old favourites plus some new features and events. Roughly 22 000 people are estimated to join us this year, so be prepared to be inspired.
Coffee available at McMasters Beach. BYO lunch or buy on way.
