  (Changed Transport Details) Walk down Illingworth Rd to an eroded track which leads to views of the Nepean River. Follow the powerline trail a short distance before climbing back up to Yellow Rock Rd by a better track. Walk out to the Lookout for lunch. Then a 2km road walk to the bus stop at Illingworth Rd. Catch 7:25am from Central to change at Penrith for Springwood ETA 9:05. Meet leader at south exit of Springwood Station. Catch bus 692Y at 9:30am to Cooroy Cres before Illingsworth Rd.
