Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.RSVP only accepted from two weeks prior up to 7 pm the day before walk. Glenbrook to Emu Plains. It is uphill to Knapsack Park. Morning tea will be at the convict built Lennox Bridge (1833). From there we visit Marges Lookout with views to Penrith Lakes, before taking a rough steep track down to the old highway. We walk up this to cross the Knapsack Viaduct, another stone bridge (1865). More rough tracks before concrete paths take us across the Nepean River twice and on to Emu Plains Station. We should have photos of 10 bridges at the end. Hazards: Steep and slippery sections.
