Swim | A trip that involves swimmingWalk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPhotography | A trip that has a strong focus on encouraging people to capture photographs.Come along and explore a part of the Blue Mountains that few have ever visited as it's hidden away, although it's not that far from the beaten track. Megalong Creek is a waterfall lover's paradise with so many gorgeous cascades and falls with sculptured rocks and pools, all within a place of granite and solitude. We will also follow the Coxs River downstream to where the McKanes Falls (Bowenfels) Bridge is reached as this section of the Coxs River is also in the granite belt and has numerous falls too. All worth a photo and a swim if you're feeling in the mood. Rock hopping and off-track.

Swim | A trip that involves swimmingWalk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPhotography | A trip that has a strong focus on encouraging people to capture photographs.Public Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Without a doubt this is one of my favourite walks in the Blue Mountains! Why you may well ask? Stunning scenery with surprisingly wild country so close to Sydney, with some superb walking along Erskine Creek, which is rich in pools and cascades, as well as rugged clifflines. One of the pools is about a 100 metres long and it's a fantastic place for a swim of course! Also, expect to see lots of spring blossoms along the way as we meander down the creek. Basically a good hike for hedonists and nature lovers that won't fail to satisfy your inner cravings for the wild side of life! Rock scrambling.

Canyon | A trip through a canyon (a gully surrounded by tall cliffs).Swim | A trip that involves swimmingWalk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(NEW!!!) When the heat of summer is upon us, where do you head? To a Blue Mountains canyon to cool off and revive body and soul! On this trip we will experience not 1 but 3 canyons with Du Faur Canyon being the main course. The equally spectacular, but much shorter October Creek being the entree, and the Joes Canyon the dessert for what promises to be a superb day swimming, paddling and savouring these amazingly beautiful locations. I can promise you an amazing aquatic time! You'll need a helmet, wetsuit and I recommend a flotation device such as a surfmat, and life jacket as there are some longish swims involved. Rock scrambling/off-track walking/swimming.
