    Friday Drive to Kangaroo Valley. Book into Glenmack Caravan Park (Cabin or camping). Saturday morning walk around, explore area. Saturday afternoon/night attend Red Hot Summer Music festival Berry showground (Paul Kelly, Missy Higgins, Troy Cassar- Daley, Vika and Linda Bull etc)
Sunday morning walk to Kangaroo River and hire kayaks. Kayak 5km downstream to Bendeela where you get picked up and bought back to town. Walk back to town for a late lunch at the Friendly Inn and drive home. You will need to organise your own accommodation and purchase music tickets. PFDs compulsory.

(Fully Booked) This year it's a different location. Bring your own kayak or rent. Book kayaks with Pamela by 4th February. From Bowral Pool we depart at 8:30am which is one hour earlier than normal departure time.
Hazards: Mostly still water. Possibility of one short section with quick flow if river is flowing. Limit: 20.

            (Nearly fully booked) The last of the special trips to Lord Howe Island started during the pandemic. A visit to this World Heritage site is on many people's to-do list. In this trip we not only walk the many beautiful tracks, but also learn from the local experts why the island is so special in the stories of evolution and conservation. You may also encounter one of the most unique birds which was the reason of David Attenborough's 1997 visit. The trip package includes flights, accommodation, restaurant meals, lectures, guided walks, low tide reef walks and night walks. You can also enjoy your own walks, snorkelling, golfing, etc.. Club insurance does not apply to this commercial trip.
