This walk includes the Koalas Sculpture Trail. The Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail is a unique award- winning concept, conceived by AHA and centred in Port Macquarie. The Trail aims to promote koala conservation and conservation of other threatened animal and plant species in Australia. Limit: 15. View|

|Day 1: Drive from Sydney to Round Mtn car park then walk steeply downhill 4kms to camp on the lovely Tumut River. Day 2: Walk up and along Farm Ridge Trail and Grey Mare F/T to Mackeys Hut 15km for 3 nights base camp at a shaded site - with a loo. Day 3: Play in the nearby waterfalls or explore other parts. Day 4: Day walk (6km return) to Boobee Hut, a fairly new hut. Day 5: Return to cars same way, drive to Tumut (or somewhere else) for dinner and a comfortable bed. Day 6: Drive home. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SOUGHT.

|(Updated Details) This park protects the largest surviving koala population is greater Sydney. Stokes and O’Hares Creeks enclose a succession of idyllic waterholes, three of which are accessed on this delightful walk. Keep looking up for those koalas! It's December and beautiful waterholes so bring your cossies 🙂 Well formed tracks/fire trails. One steep section of track. Some clambering down sandstone near swimming holes.

|The justifiably famous Wollangambe Canyon is a delight especially as we float through its wonderfully sculptured narrow confines on our lilos admiring the spectacular scenery including a short detour up Crayfish Canyon. There is no abseils in this canyon but being able to swim is important and a lilo/portable raft is essential. Rock scrambling and deep water so lilo is necessary.

|(Fully Booked) More magic with my 8th annual Koscie walk. This year we start from Round Mountain, and camp near Derschkos, Grey Mare, Pretty Plain and Wheelers Huts with an optional climb of Dargal Mountain. The usual great scenery and the usual lovely Koscie bushland and flowers.
