|We will take the Victory Track which follows Sassafras Creek and continue on Wiggins Track then Bee Farm Rd to Springwood Station. Elevation variation about 250 meters, some steep sections and Blue Mountain steps. View|

|From the end of Jacks Corner Road follow Griffins Fire trail to a track to the left. Follow this through the forest to a steep descent to the main dirt road leading to Beehive Point on Lake Yarrunga. Return by the main dirt road. Rough track, steep descent and ascent.

|Dunphy's Campground - Black Horse Ridge - K2K Track - Konangaroo Clearing (camp) - Mt Strongleg - Dex Creek - 100 Man Cave (camp) - Mt Cloudmaker - Mt Stormbreaker - Crafts Wall - Kanangra Walls. Stunning hike through pristine wilderness. Joint walk with SBW & The Bush Club. Wide river crossing at Yellow Pup Point; additional creek crossings. Some significant and steep climbs: approx 400m up Black Horse Ridge, 600m up Mt Strongleg, plus multiple "undulations" by comparison. Rough, rocky and unformed track in places.

|Join us for one or more of the special events associated with the NPA NSW State Council meeting being hosted in the Illawarra at Mt Keira Scout Camp.
Saturday afternoon 30th – NPA members are invited to attend a 1 hour presentation on the Upland Swamps of the Sydney Region by renowned local expert, author and NPA member Ann Young. A great chance to learn about what we all see at Maddens Plains each time we drive to or from Sydney.
Sunday morning 1st – choice of walks with complimentary morning tea.

|Follow paths and road to Conservation Hut. Descend and cross Lillan Bridge. Follow tracks past the Fairmont Resort, Prince Henry Track, Leura Forest and the Federal Pass. Ascend the Furber Steps and finsih on roads adn paths to Katoomba Station.

|This an interesting walk as it involves following 2 water courses not often visited within the normally crowded Royal National Park. Rock scrambling and creek walking with some scrub.

|We walk in bushland with spectacular flora and coastal views. Opportunity to see whales. This is a long walk but you have the option to exit at various points. Geoffrey has done this walk many times and would like to share it with others. To reward ourselves, we'll have coffee/dinner at Chinatown(optional). Please join and support the first walk that he leads for NPA. Bring drinks, snacks and lunch. Water refill stations available along the way. Slippery sections.

|Walk from Murrays Beach car park to Governor Head then south through heathland and forest to the ruins of Cape St George Lighthouse and return via Hole in the Wall. Great coastal views.

|Ridgewell Rd Trail, Hat Hill Creek Trail, and Bellington Trail. Includes a crossing of Hat Hill Creek and a short section of track with some nice views over Hat Hill Creek. From the old airfield, now an off the leash dog area, descend to Boyds Beach on Popes Glen Creek. Out and back from here to view the Horseshoe Falls from the Pupit Hill Track. Back to Blackheath via Popes Glen. Creek crossings could be slippery. Some sections muddy. Loose and clayey surfaces encountered on steep sections.
