Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Updated Details) Guest leader: Bob Seibright. Walk Minnehaha Trail and descend into Govetts Creek via a spur. Walk/wade (some deep wades) in the creek through canyon-like Henson Glen for about 2km. Scramble out near the junction with Katoomba Creek, then re-join Minnehaha Trail and follow it back to the cars. Bring dry bags. Short wet suit is recommended. Rock scrambling.

Walking from Otford to Bundeena via Burning Palms Beach, Garie Beach, Eagle Rock, Curracurrang, Wattamolla. Carry plenty of water, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Must contact leader. Some exposed sections, the track is fairly tough, following the coast up and over many headlands, some of which are a steep climb.

Steep fire trail sections with loose surface are to be encountered. There are some creek crossings involved.

After lunch we proceed south westerly on rough tracks to Paradise Rock, then a short but rough, steep and scrubby off-track section should land us on Steamers Beach for a snack and maybe another swim, and then the main track back to the cars.

Camp | An activity that involves an overnight stay, usually in a tent.Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long60 Best walks | This is one of the NPA's 60 best walks.From Newnes we will walk to our superlative basecamp at Canobla Gap via Little Capertee Creek, the famous Red Rocks and Canobla Creek. Then follows 2 day walks climbing Mt Canobla and Point Anderson both of which offer fantastic views of the surrounding Gardens of Stone National Park. This basecamp has reliable water, acres of grassy river flats to camp on and no crowds and is one of my favourite campsites ever! A bit of rock scrambling here and there.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPark near spot height 1119 off Blackfellows Hand trail and walk down through huge pagodas into the top of Kangaroo Creek Valley. From here we follow an old road down the valley before leaving the road and climbing onto the peninsular above. The return trip to cars involves the off-track section of the walk and includes finding a way off the peninsular and crossing the upper part of Kangaroo Creek. This is a magnificent area, full of pagodas and ferny gullies. Fire trails, bike track, off-track, scrub and creek crossings.

In times of heavy rain it becomes a lake full of wildlife and for the nature photographer is a compelling place to visit! Rock scrambling and some off-track walking.

From Leura Station follow roads, paths and tracks to Leura Cascades. Continue descent and pick up Lindemans Pass. Follow this challenging track to Gladstone Pass. Ascend the spectacular pass to the Fairmont resort and follow various tracks to Wentworth Falls via Conservation Hut. Cliff edges, creek crossings and slippery conditions.
