Section 3 walks Manly to Circular Quay : 31km, 680m elevation. 10 out of 21 walkers completed the whole route in 8 hours. This week we walk from Circular Quay to North Bondi, via Rushcutters Bay, Rose Bay, and South Head. This is a walk for everyone. Walk as much or as little as you wish. There are various exit points. Many of the paddles are only short days leaving a lot of time to explore on your own, take your push bike, swim, fish etc. This is an active holiday. There is a very real threat that raising the Warragamba Dam wall may result in the de-listing of the Greater Blue Mountains from the UNESCO World Heritage List. GIVE A DAM is the grassroots community campaign to stop the destruction of the Blue Mountains national park and the over development in western Sydney from the raising of Warragamba Dam wall.
