Section 3 walks Manly to Circular Quay : 31km, 680m elevation. 10 out of 21 walkers completed the whole route in 8 hours. Walk across the lagoon to the shorebird sanctuary where many of the birds will now be flocking to prepare for migration to Siberia and Alaska. Some will be in their spectacular breeding colours.
