North Bondi to La Perouse.  Incorporating the soon to be world famous Manly to Bondi Walk, we have planned a series of bi-weekly walks from Barrenjoey to Gerringong. Come join us in this historic & epic adventure. 10 walkers took part in 17 km 460 m elevation Section 4 part 2 walk.  This week we are walking from North Bondi to La Perouse. Walk as much or as little as you wish. We will walk out along Blue Top Fire trail, then descend to a tributary of Conjola Creek where we will have morning tea beside a pretty pool. Then look for a way up and out via an unnamed creek. We will end up near cars on Martins Ridge Road. Very rough with several rock scrambles. Most of the walk is off-track. Early start. Map: Tianjara 89271S Limit: 10. View

For the first time, we are going to circumnavigate Narrabeen Lagoon by kayak - from the Western Basin to the outlet by the Ocean Street Bridge and back again. There is so much to experience (bring your lunch - we'll find a lovely place to take a break). Swim the lagoon from a clean sandy beach or take a plunge in the ocean or nearby rock pool, visit an island in the middle of the lagoon we've never been to before, explore Deep Creek in all its glory, hear about the Royal Family's connection with Middle Creek, be close enough to photograph the over 100 Black Swans that have made the lagoon their home. Plus, find out why Narrabeen Lagoon was a centre of Aboriginal settlement, be amazed at the lagoon's pre-World War 2 German connection and tell us whether you like the idea of an “aquatic walkway” jutting out into the waterway. Start at 9am, finish round 3pm. Hire a quality kayak for just $98pp. No previous kayaking experience necessary, tuition given. Only 8 places remain. Grade easy. Commencing from station follow roads and tracks to Kingfisher Pool. Backtrack to Camp Coutts passing Lake Toolooma. Hike to Mt Westmacott and return following tracks and fire trails to Cawley Creek and Wilson Creek Dam. Ascend ridge overlooking Helensburgh and descend various tracks to station. (Fully Booked) From Newnes we will walk to our superlative basecamp at Canobla Gap via Little Capertee Creek, the famous Red Rocks and Canobla Creek. Then follows 2 day walks climbing Mt Canobla and Point Anderson both of which offer fantastic views of the surrounding Gardens of Stone National Park. This basecamp has reliable water, acres of grassy river flats to camp on and no crowds and is one of my favourite campsites ever! A bit of rock scrambling here and there. Come and celebrate RNP Birthday. 140 years old tomorrow. Start at Engadine Station down to Head of Navigation, up to Robertsons Knoll, named after acting premier  at the time Sir Robertson who conceived and developed idea of RNP. Then down to Audley, where leader will provide cake, and then back up to Heathcote Station via Head of navigation. Creek crossing, tree roots, slippery sections and short ladders. Carry morning tea, lunch & water for the day. At finish from "Jamieson Square” Warringah Rd, Forestville Bus stop, buses to Chatswood Station or Town Hall via Wynyard Station. Steep climbs with rough & rocky tracks & steps. Moderate pace. View
