The Pretty Plain area is a lovely part of Kosciuszko National Park. Great scenery, lovely bushland, and two of the best of the huts to camp nearby. Even better, we spend multiple days near each hut (two nights at Pretty Plain and three nights at Wheelers).
Access is via Dargals and Hell Hole Trails to Pretty Plain. We return along Pretty Plain and take the shortcut across to Wheelers Hut. Return is again via Dargals Trail.
At the start and end of walk we stay at a Ski Lodge at Jindabyne with the usual BBQs on the deck overlooking the lake. A lovely walk with lots of relaxing time. Location: Kosciuszko NP Limit: 12. View |
