Highlights: Rivercat ride across the beautiful Sydney Harbour with million-dollar views; Lady Bay Beach Nudist beach, Lightkeeper's cottage, Hornby Lighthouse; the famous "Gap"suicidal spot; incredible rock formations and cliff rock views; The Federation Cliff Walk wanders through Sydney's most famous ocean cliff lookouts that are breathtaking, parks, historic sites, harbour views, and more. We end our walk at the world famous Bondi Beach where you can have a well earned beer. And, oh, did I mention whales?

This is Part 3 of a 60 km, four-day walk, circling Sydney Harbour with the Sydney Harbour and Gladesville Bridges as its eastern and western points. This is a magnificent walk focusing on the harbour itself – the expanse of water, the bridges, islands, urban bushland and city skyline. The route winds along parts of the foreshore, into bays and on to headlands, through bush, along historic streets and over grand bridges. Walkers are greeted by the ever changing view on various surfaces along the Parramatta River foreshore. The river has more than 12 tributary creeks flowing into it and is the main tributary of Sydney Harbour. Good paths and a river crossing. Park at Wolgan Road and go through Minotaur Lair to Point Sol. Continue east, then north, exploring high pagodas around the cliff edge. Then walk west to the central spine and have a look at the blind slot at GR 422 233. Head along the spine of the ridge and find a way down to the next level towards west at about GR 420 236. The idea is to explore the next 250 m of pagodas and slots, until 4170 E. Return either via Ariadne Thread or down to Minotaur Lair if there is no time. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.
