Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFully Vaccinated | All participants must be able to show proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to particpate.(Fully Booked) From the end of Jack's Corner Road follow Griffins Fire Trail to a track to the left.  Follow this through the forest to a steep descent to the main dirt road leading to Beehive Point on Lake Yarrunga.  This is a lovely picnic area and chance for a swim.  Return by the main dirt road. Hazards: Rough track and some steep sections both up and down.

Walk north over bridge turning left into Wakehurst P'way then follow Narrabeen Lagoon trail. Turn right under Wakehurst Pkway to Deep Creek Reserve. Then follow firetrail into Garigal NP and then take track looping around Moon Rock.

From Wog Wog campsite we walk along tracks past the amazing Corang Arch, Profile Hill Rock and onto Burrumbeet Brook where a comfortable camp cave awaits us. Then on day 2 we will do a day walk to Mt Cole, 7 Gods pinnacles and the Monolith Valley. On day 3 we will return to Wog Wog via Burrumbeet Brook and the Corang Walking Track. Regrowth on the route.

The original inhabitants of the Canoelands area were the Darug people. The Darug were the custodians of the majority of what is now the Greater Sydney region. They were divided into a number of different 'clans', whose quick demise upon European settlement has sadly resulted in very little information remaining on how they utilised the local area. Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longA steep climb to start, up Mt Durras, then walk across to Pebbly Beach (partly on the road) and stop for lunch. On the way back explore the new track along the coast back to Pretty. Some uphill and down, along rock platforms, up and down constructed steps, short section on the Pebbly Road. The walk is long but pace will be steady with plenty of time to enjoy the coast on the way back. Whole day walk. Should be back at cars around 4:30 pm.

From there we walk around Gore Cove to Berry Island Reserve. Thence to Waverton Station for the train home. Booking essential with your NPA, phone and emergency contact numbers (unless I already have them). Some street walking, creek crossings and a tunnel under River Road, so bring a torch. Muddy and slippery after rain and one long staircase at Waverton.

Hazards: Rough track, slippery rocks and unfenced cliff edges.

Rock scrambling and off-track walking.

This is a spectacular area containing pagodas, gullies, cliffs and fabulous views. From the northern side of the Grose Valley you experience a different perspective. Cancelled this walk in April due to weather. Tracks, off-track, steep descent, cliff edges, minor scrambling and a creek crossing. Only a grade 4 due to the off-track sections.

Starting at Pierces pass, we follow the walking track through dense vegetation past Fairy Grotto, continuing down until we reach the river crossing. From here it’s a fairly open track beside the gorgeous Grose river to Blue Gum Forest. Return via the same route. Mountain Devils are flowering and the bush on this descent is simply delightful. Joint walk with the Bushclub. Muddy in parts, can be slippery when wet. Plenty of steps.
