On Saturday 19 September we will be meeting at Ascot Drive, Chippington Norton, 8:15am for an 8:30 start. Cycling mostly on quiet roads and bike paths to Canley Vale for coffee, then on bike paths to the M7 cycle way, then to Rooty Hill Pub for lunch (or BYO). Continue to Richmond Road cycle path, then onto Windsor. I have booked a room at the Windsor Hotel, 54 George Street, Windsor. Best to book your accommodation early, after contacting leader. Local Pub for dinner (possibility of a band Saturday night). Sunday 20 September, Windsor Mall Markets from 9am, departing Windsor approx. 10am. ""Picnic lunch"" on the way back. Returning to Chipping Norton between 4 - 5pm. Limited numbers. Approx. 65 kms each way. A social weekend away. View |
