There are a few shortish swims and some scrambling down short sections of tape which are fairly easy and then there's the exit! This involves a scramble up a tree with spikes which sounds difficult but really isn't! Of course I'll set up a safety line before we climb the tree. Participants will need a wetsuit, helmet, waterproofed pack and if not a competent swimmer, a PFD. rock scrambling and slippery conditions
