Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longThe walk will go from Croobyar Road up an unnamed steep (and not on the map) fire trail to the Kingiman road, then on a track around an unnamed peak and up the ridge to the peak(off track) and back to the Mt Kingiman Road, down the hill on Turpentine Road back to Croobyar. About 11km with a climb of about 300m. Short and sharp, bring morning tea, but back in time for lunch. View

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longEvans Crown Nature Reserve has some of the most impressive boulder formations you're ever likely to see and on this trip I plan to explore as many of these outcrops as possible with forays north and south of Crown Rock. At this time of year the wattle and various other native plants should also be in full bloom which makes for a colourful walk! Rock scrambling.

Numbers are strictly limited. Private property access is required. Day 1 - Park near Canobla Gap and ascend Mount Canobla on a razor blade spur. Continue to Mt Gundangaroo and camp near the trig. Water was found in a nearby gully. Day 2 – Walk to St Johns Point, then descend to Canobla Gap Trail and walk back to the cars. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.

This walk explores some grand views, pleasant cascades, varied bushland and remote areas of Brisbane Waters National Park. From Patonga you will walk up the ridge and take a short side trip to enjoy the wonderful views from Warrah Lookout, before following a series of dirt roads and management trails to Patonga Creek in the heart of the national park. The walk then leads along a mix of trails and tracks mostly passing Mt Wondabyne, a worthwhile side trip, before crossing a few gullies with cool creeks and cascades. Past Myron Brook you will walk back down the waters edge at the remote and unique Wondabyne Train Station. Steep and slippery sections.

The final 150 metres are very steep and give access to a trig point. A little further on there are spectacular views. Return by the same route. Very steep and rough track, unfenced lookout.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Date Changed) The walk begins at Meryla Pass in Morton NP. From the locked gate continue on the fire trail along the ridge. There are several viewpoints which look towards Mt Carrialoo, Crankeys Creek and Lake Yarrunga until reaching the end of the track overlooking Wombat Hill. On the return there is an optional trail leading to Rebeccas View over Sandys Creek on the other side of the ridge. Rough track and unfenced cliffs.

Walk back underneath the cliff line to Koan Cave, then continue south via Koan Pass and above the cliff line, all the way to Michelangelo Cave. Visit Michaels Chair and re-connect with the first car. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure. 5M, S333E.

The Festival will consist of skill enhancing workshops, presentations, sponsor displays and equipment sales. This is a unique opportunity to meet other canyoners, share experiences and have fun. This walk is to say goodbye to this mostly single-track line and hear some of the histories of the line. This walk is in 2 parts. Walk from Dundas to Telopea via the Vineyard Creek Track (generally level to uphill) - 2.5km. Then catch the train from Telopea to the end of the line at Carlingford and return to Telopea via the K13 Memorial and The Ponds Walk (generally level to downhill) - 4.5km. Coffee at Telopea Shops then bus return to Parramatta / Eastwood. Dropout points available. Bush tracks, steps, ups and downs, a couple of short steep climbs which we will take slowly.
