Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Date Changed) Park the vehicles at around GR 306 175 on the branch road off the Bicentennial National Trail. Follow the Great Dividing Range north to Gordian Knot and then to Witches Watch, a spectacular lookout above Hecates Cauldron. From here, descend into the Cauldron and explore it underneath the cliff lines and also above, amidst “the bubbles”. Visit the Tower of Hope and other attractions. Descend into the headwaters of Baal Bone Creek, cross the valley and climb up through Tara Slot onto Tara Point. More amazing views. From here, move up to the ridge and re-connect with the vehicles. Scrambling and exposure. About 10 km.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Fully Booked - Ask leader about waiting list) Joadja Nature reserve was created in 2001.  The management trail meanders through Eucalypt forest to a rocky lookout giving views over creeks and farmland.  Returning to the Wombeyan Caves Rd we cross and walk a little way to another fire trail and lookout towards Wombeyan Caves.  This is a lovely lunch place. Hazards:  Rough fire trail and unfenced cliff edges.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longNEW WALK: Leave one car GR 719 928 on Mountain Lagoon Road and drive another one to Hanlons Road North, GR 699 916. From the second car, descend east into Back Creek and follow it all the way to Tootie Creek. Visit Potos Wall, then Potos Cave. Climb onto the ridge to the east and visit Lions Cave. Continue north east underneath the cliff line, exploring caves, till about GR 714 933 or GR 714 938, depending on the available time. Re-connect with the first car. Expect cascades, waterfalls, rainforest ravines and beautiful caves. About 6 km. Partly exploratory. Scrambling and exposure.

On this trip we will follow Nobles Canyon down past its 2 constrictions to the cliff lines above Carne Creek then explore the cliff lines south of that creek before crossing over a pagoda laden ridge back to the main track. Rock scrambling and off-track.
