|Cambewarra Range Nature Reserve is on the top of Mt Cambewarra. A rough fire trail leads out to a trig point overlooking Kangaroo Valley. On the return, a side track leads out to Brown Mountain with lookout over the coast. Aboriginal rubbings are seen on both tracks. Rough track, unfenced cliff edges. Slippery after rain.

We will have two food drops on the way and so the packs will not be too heavy. A lovely walk with a variety of vegetation and scenery, beautiful lakes, and spectacular sand dunes. |(NEW!!!) This is one of my favourite walks for views and blooms in the beautiful Brisbane Waters National Park. From Little Wobby Beach we walk via a system of tracks and fire trails down to the scenic Patonga. If lucky we may see some early flowering waratahs, sea eagles flying past and definitely a wealth of wildflowers.

The 100km trail features the well-known Great North Walk and the Harbour to Hawkesbury Walking Track in the beautiful bushland of northern Sydney. Section 5 starts from St Ives Showground. Section 6 starts from Frenches Forest Showground. We finish at Davidson Park. We must walk a moderately fast pace to finish this walk in daylight hours. Bring snacks and drinks. Steep and slippery sections.

|(DRAFT - do not publish yet) This walk starts at a small isolated train station, and takes in some great scenery on the way to Woy Woy station. The walk gets most of the climbing out of the way quickly. Once up on the main ridge there are great views along the Hawkesbury River and Mooney Mooney Creek. Highlights of the walk include Kariong Brook Falls and Mt Wondabyne, the highest point in the area. We will catch a taxi from Woy Woy landfill to Woy Woy Station to avoid 4 km of boring road walk.

|Scenic walk through bush and coast with lovely views of Middle Harbour and Sydney Harbour. Quite a few steep steps and descent to Manly. Hurried pace in order to catch 4pm train home. A lovely walk in the middle of suburbia. Even walk, few rocks and up and down bush track.

|A 3-day full pack walk from Mountain Lagoon to camp at Colo Meroo on the Colo River. Lovely scenery and a great campsite in the valley near the river. We spend a full day and two nights at the campsite to enjoy the area.

|(NEW!!!) A wonderful day walk on our doorstep of Sydney with the promise of a swim in the beautiful pool in Erskine Creek. I want to check out Dadder Cave so the walk will only be on trails until the bottom of the Pisgah Rock Track then boulder hopping up the creek. Rock hopping along the creek and rock scrambling up Mnkey Ropes Creek.

|Namadgi National Park with its wonderful array of habitats is a great place to explore! Fantastic boulder ridges, alpine frost hollows and bountiful swamps are just a few worth seeing on its expansive system of tracks. This is a car based camp, costing $10 a person per night at the comfortable Honeysuckle Creek Campsite, only a short drive from the nations capitol. I expect to also visit Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve during our stay as lots of wildlife worth spotting within its confines. Optional rock scrambling.

|The walk follows Winters Fire Trail to Beasleys Lookout giving views towards Sydney looking down on the M5 Motorway. From the top an indistinct track leads down to the Nattai River. After crossing the river a well formed track leads to Lake Alexandra. Rough track, slippery rocks, river crossing steep descent.

Walk out next day to Berowra station (5.5km) . Slippery sections
