Grade:3/6 Length 20km  1,100m Sydney Branch
Mark G.
Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long60 Best walks | This is one of the NPA's 60 best walks.(Postponed) This is recognised as one of the classic big walks of the Blue mountains with a full day of walking from the Golden Stairs, up and over Mt Solitary, off the Col pass and down to the Kedumba River. Then another decent climb up to the finish spot near the Queen Victoria hospital. So walkers intending on coming should be relatively fit as a reasonable pace is required. However that doesn't mean I intend to run this walk as I do want to stop occasionally and admire the superb views along the way! Steep track sections in places.
