Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(NEW!!!) The walk starts from Mt Kuring-gai Station to the lookout over Apple Tree Bay on NPWS track, then follows old pipeline to Apple Tree Bay. From the car park at the bay, go up Apple Tree Creek to small waterfall and return to car park. Next follow usual track along Cowan Creek to Berowra. Apple Tree creek has rock hopping section and slippery surfaces in parts. Old pipe line track is overgrown in parts with steep decent.

Expect lots of photo opportunities and for those feeling brave the odd swimming opportunity. Lots of steps and steep sections.

We will then walk to Roseville via Loyal Henry Park. Early exit at Roseville Station. We then walk back to Fullers Bridge. Optional lunch at the cafe.  Leader will be Mike Pickles.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longFind out for yourself why this unique area, currently under threat, must be protected, now. Drive to approximately GR 468 058 on the Deep Pass Trail. Head down a spur trending slightly west of south and then south as it nears Dingo Creek. Visit Howling Arch, an amazing natural feature. Enter Dingo Creek and progress downstream for about 1.3km, visiting the scenic Pool of Diana on the way, continue underneath high cliffs to GR 476 048, the start of a north, north-west trending ravine. Follow the ravine up, visiting the spectacular Pool of Aphrodite along the way, to eventually reconnect with the trail and the vehicles. About 6km. All off-track, some rock scrambling and exposure.

Beautiful sandstones, waterfalls, wildflowers and trees. Majestic views at Martin's Lookout but very steep climb to get there... Some parts are 47% climb. Expect a long day as we are taking our time to climb. View Esther's future walks Some part of the track is hard. Steep and slippery sections. Goretex boots an advantage. From the station walking to Evans Lookout via Braeside Trail. From Evans Lookout follow the Grand Canyon to exit up Neates Glen. Return to Blackheath. Most people have to duck when going under particular overhangs. There is a short dark passage and the path through it isn't flat. Wet rocks in places. Creek crossings.
