This is a walk to two heads, a swamp, an abandoned mine and fabulous views. We will visit a head not often seen. My previous attempts to do this walk were thwarted by heat or rain. Track, off-track with mild scrub, cliff edges, creek crossing and fire trail.

The walk then returns to the Cooks Nose Lookout, a wonderful lunch spot. On the edge of the escarpment there are spectacular views. Rough track often wet, muddy and slippery, unfenced lookout.

Some rock scrambling along the creek.
