  Drive to 18 Mile Peg forest road, just past Termeil. Walk eastwards along forest roads and a short bush track to view Old Blotchy (a magnificent old Spotted gum). Also visit Old Blotchy’s little brother close by! Returning to the cars via the same route. Coffee afterwards at Termeil – BYO or available at roadhouse. Map: Tabourie 89272S View |

| From Termeil we will drive on the Old Highway and Middle Ridge forest roads to park in a forest clearing. The walk is along remote forest roads and a short but steep bush track to commune with “Big Spotty” (another magnificent old Spotted gum recently threatened by proposed logging in the surrounding state forest).
