(Fully Booked) Co-Leader Kevin Cliffe. Part of the Great South Coast Walk, a long-distance walking route along the southern coastline of New South Wales, from Bundeena on the southern fringe of Sydney, to Mallacoota, just over the border in Victoria, 660 km in total.
Today we walk from Bundeena to Wattamolla. Always wanted to do the Coast Track but 28 km and 900 m elevation in one day is not your cup of tea? This is your chance to do it in 3 sections with public transport option.
Take train and ferry to Bundeena Wharf. Walk to Wattamolla. Catch the shuttle from Wattamolla to Sutherland Station at end of walk. Fare is $10. Ask leader for payment details for group booking.

We are heading to the Ikara Head Track, near Mt Victoria, to see spectacular and extensive displays of the rare pink flannel flowers that only appear after severe bushfires. Then onto Ikara Head for great views of the Gross River valley. We will be meeting at Mt Victoria Station and proceed by car to the track head. Numbers attending will be limited by the number of people offering to drive people from the station. When booking please include your phone number, emergency contact number your member number and whether you are coming by train or driving.
