One of the prettiest walks in all of the Lower Mountains, this track (classified as hard track) winds along Florabella Creek and then Glenbrook Creek. Wildflowers, shelter caves, swimming holes, interesting sidetracks and lots of shady spots to rest make this a great adventure at any time of year. Steep and slippery sections. No touch sign on. Creek crossings, slippery conditions.

Follow this through the forest to a steep descent to the main dirt road leading to Beehive Point on Lake Yarrunga. This is a lovely picnic area and chance for a swim. Return by the main dirt road. Rough track and some steep sections both up and down.

The fire trail winds through forest with beautiful ferns, orchids and interesting rock formations to a lovely lunch place on the banks of Lake Yarrunga. Return by the same route. Rough, steep fire trail and fallen trees.

After a break, back track and follow the Hacking River fire trail and cross the river. Follow the Red Cedar and Karingal circuit and return across the river. Ascend a short off track section to pick up a variety of tracks back to Helensburgh Station. River crossings, slippery rocks and conditions.
