From Boomerang Pass we will enter the beautiful and not often walked Ettrema Gorge where you'll find no traces of humankind except the rare campsite. However, you will encounter stunningly attractive pools, cascades and soaring cliff lines of the gorge, especially in Sentry Box Canyon. The walk up Myall Creek is also memorable as we pass even more cascades, waterfalls and swimming holes. Rock scrambling and off-track walking.

Superb views, lush rainforest and an impressive trackwork system all make up for a wonderful days' outing! Lots of steps and some rock hopping down along Jamison Creek.

We will follow roads and paths to locate and follow the Bonny Doon Cliff Track. Continuing on we descend Nellies Glen and follow the Six Foot Track. Branching off from the main track we finish with a relaxed ascent through the spectacular Devils Hole. Cliff edges, possible wet slippery conditions.

After a break we will backtrack and follow the Hacking River fire trail and cross the Hacking. We then follow the Red Cedar Circuit and cross back over the river. Now we ascend a short off-track section to pick up a variety of tracks leading back to Helensburgh Station. River crossings, cliff edges, loose stones.
