We continue onward past Wilsons Beach and onto Abrahams Head and Lobster Bay.  We will then complete whatever is open on the rest of the circuit. Plenty of time for a swim if it’s hot! Rogaine | A map and compass based navigation activity.Fast pace | A trip where the leaders will set a fast pace.The first rogaine of 2026 will be a 3 hour minigaine to be held at Swansea High School (at beautiful Caves Beach), on Awabakal land about 90 minutes north of Sydney on Sunday 22 February. It is open to teams (2-5) or individuals. The course includes coast, urban and bush areas and extends north over the Swansea bridge to Blacksmiths and Pelican. The bridge opens for maritime traffic on the hour, so see if you can time this right. Near Swansea is the (in)famous Reid’s Mistake. A fun name for a rogaine control. There are playgrounds, coffee shops, open air showers and opportunities for a dip if it gets too hot. Post event snacks and drinks are included in the entry fee. Entries close 16 Feb. This walk is being led by Elena Mazur. Starting at Beautiful Bateau Bay Beach we slowly climb to a magnificent and extensive view to the north, and then follow the Wyrrabalong Coastal walk along a saddle to Wyrrabalong hill and Lookout that has wonderful views south to Palm Beach before descending past Forresters Beach to the bus back to Gosford. Book with Ian Baker, giving your NPA, mobile and emergency contact numbers. Some beach walking, tree roots and some roads to follow.

Flying Fox accessed by a fire trail has the remains of the flying fox used to bring timber up from the valley.  The walk then returns to the Cooks Nose Lookout, a wonderful lunch spot.  On the edge of the escarpment there are spectacular views.   Rough track often wet, muddy and slippery, unfenced lookout.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long60 Best walks | This is one of the NPA's 60 best walks.(Cancelled) From the heights of Pisgah rock we will descend to the beautiful Erskine creek where we will enjoy this wonderful area by swimming and floating on any device you care to bring with you like a donut/surfmat etc. There is a stunning huge pool to swim and in and I cant think of a better location to see in the end of Summer.

1. Climbing and Scrambling required
2. Even ground along scenic Fairfax Loop
Both sessions focus on picking up litter and dumped waste but some removal of weeds might be added.
Bring gloves, water, sun protection and a nibble to eat.

Walk along Camp Coutts Track, past the scout camp, turn on to Westmacott Walking Track to Mt Westmacott from where there are lovely views. Then a 1.5k walk on a fire trail and along the Bullawarring Track to the beautiful Kingfisher Pool. Then on to Kingfisher Pool campground and Yelgun Cave, an interesting small cave. Then a walk along Mooray Track and Warabin street back to Waterfall station. Steep and slippery sections. Creek crossings.

Ben’s walk is a loop along the river while Bangalee farm walk goes through historic farmland. We will walk along the river, down sandstone boulders and over a suspension bridge. After morning tea, we will drive a short distance to the Bangalee Farm walk. This walk explores some historic farmland and then heads up on to the escarpment.
