This is a medium (grade 3) walk along Bargo River via Potholes Track to Diesel Pass and onto See Thru Falls then Mermaids Pool for morning tea. We will then follow the Matilda Track to a series of lookouts.   At the third lookout, we will split into 2 groups.  The optional harder (grade 4) walk will continue on and down Rosies Pass into and along Tahmoor Gorge and lunch in the gorge then return via Jacks Pass. The easier (grade 3) walk will back track to one of the lookouts for lunch. Rough track, unfenced edges, slippery rocks & creek crossings. The walk returns to Lindfield Park via the picturesque Little Digger Track, and through a few shortcut alley ways in East Lindfield. Steep, rugged and slippery sections. Limit: 15. View

From Rock Bottom we will access Point Hatteras via a route that follows under the clifflines below Point Hatteras and after ascending to the top will visit the Cape as well as the very interesting Mine in the Sky before descending via a route to the north of Airly Turret. The walk passes Nielsen Park, Strickland House, Greycliffe Estate and Vaucluse House.  Vaucluse House closed on Tuesday, but gardens open. Return via 2:45pm ferry from Watsons Bay to Circular Quay  ar. 3:08pm, train to Central in time for 4pm train. Many steps & street walking. Limit: 20. View

Camellia Gardens Leader: Philip Wright Located in Caringbah and overlooking beautiful Yowie Bay, the Gardens were recognised by the International Camellia Society as a Camellia Gardens of Excellence in 2014. There are sixty Camellia Gardens of Excellence in the world, with the Camellia Gardens and Lisgar Gardens in Hornsby being the only two in NSW. The Gardens have over 400 cultivars and species donated and acquired since its first plantings began in 1969, in addition to many other rare ornamental and native plants. The collection is of unique value to Australian horticulture. The Gardens have something for all seasons. The camellias are in season during autumn and winter. Tea house serves delicious devonshire and lunches.   We will play by ear. A walk at Woronora Cemetery can be added on. Limit: 10. View
