From the Bungonia Lookdown you take the red tape track which dives deep into the Bungonia Gorge with its towering cliff lines and its main attraction, the granite blockup which is a joy to scramble through! Then we walk down Bungonia creek to the junction of the Shoalhaven before returning via the Mt. Ayre Track back to the cars. Rock scrambling and rock hopping

(Highest point between Sydney and Canberra), Ninety Acre Hill lookout and a track that leads through a beautiful fern gully. The track is sometimes overgrown and difficult to locate. Rough Track, steep sections, slippery rocks and unfenced cliff edges.

This provides a lovely lunch place among the rocks with wonderful views into Upper Kangaroo Valley Rough track, fallen trees, unfenced cliffs and steep ascent/descent.

This is a camping trip and we will have a fire to keep us warm.But as its not a too hard walk in its good for people who havent done a lot of overnight camping before. Rock scrambling and hopping in parts.

This is a historic walk : http://heritagedrive.com.au/project/history-walk-faulconbridge-steam-saw-mill-site/ We walk from Linden to Faulconbridge. Visit an aboriginal site and the historic saw mill, and  a few rocky vantage points, which offered spectacular views of the valley. Contact leader with details of NPA membership number, contact and emergency numbers. Walk from Hornsby Railway Station to the Great North Walk (GNW) track via the Bluegum Walk. In this area are old sandstone steps built during the 1930's depression. At the GNW track we will head in a southerly direction to The Jungo Rest Area. At the Jungo Rest area, we will veer to our left following the Zig Zag Creek until we come to a bridge across the creek. (at this point time permitting we will walk up to an old quarry.) The GNW track then goes to our right along a fire trail for a very short distance before we turn left along the last section of bush track as we enter suburbia. It is now street walking to Thornleigh Railway station. Slippery and muddy sections may be encountered. Possibility of fallen trees.
