Victoria Falls Road – Valhalla Head Fire Trail – Folkvangr Head – Valhalla Head - Asgard Swamp – Asgard Swamp Mine – Asgard Fire Trail - Victoria Falls Road. This is a walk to two heads, a swamp, an abandoned mine and fabulous views. We will visit a head not often seen. Possible wild flowers. Deep Pass is regarded as one of the prettier and most accessible canyons in the Wollemi as there's no abseiling and if careful you don't get wet past your knees. Rock hopping and scrambling and slippery rocks. Location: Wollemi NP Map: Rock Hill 89312N Limit: 15. View

Find out why Newnes State Forest, situated within the Gardens of Stone region, must be protected for future generations. Park one vehicle at GR 465 014 off Waratah Ridge Road and another one at about GR 460 005. From the first vehicle, descend into Ethereal Canyon and follow it through a beautiful canyon section and to the falls. No abseiling, but wet feet and more likely. Then visit the small but stunning Midsummers Night Grotto. From there, ascend to the Five Ladies Lookout over the Bungleboori and its pagodas (Three Sisters, watch out).
