Birdwood Gully Walk: It is a beautiful short round trip walk that showcases the rainforest environment on the valleys of the Blue Mountains. Easy access, some steep steps, overhangs, footbridges over streams, lyre birds, ferns and great atmosphere. Bookings only from two weeks before the walk please. 20 Nov, Wed 9:30AM			Exploratory walk to Hat Hill Canyon

Meet at the Blackheath station, get into cars and drive to Hat Hill Road, then get on to Goodson Road. Park cars shortly before Goodson Road joins Hat Hill Road. Walk down the track passing Teazing Falls and go down as far as possible along Hat Hill Canyon entry track and then back to the cars. After that, drive along Hat Hill Road and park just before the turn off to Perrys Lookdown turnoff. Walk past Hat Hill and tun off to the left and walk down to Hat Hill Creek/Canyon and back up to the cars. If time permits a possible walk to Wallace Lookout and old Steam Tractor. Cars Required. Will not be walking into canyon. Steep and slippery sections, creek crossings and some rock scrambling Location: Blackheath Limit: 10. View
