Management trail was good up to solander track, which was tarmac. Lots of ups and downs. Those who use hiking sticks would need them. THIS WALK IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE FULLY VACCINATED. Please RSVP by Wednesday 6pm. Meet at the El Alamein Fountain in Macleay Street, Potts Point, a short walk from Kings Cross station.  We'll walk via Victoria Street to the Art Gallery of NSW to view the free exhibitions. We will then cross over into the Botanic Gardens and visit the Calyx to see the new floral display, Inside The Tide, (gold coin donation) and Birds of a Feather art exhibition. From there we'll walk through the gardens and Circular Quay to the Museum of Contemporary Art to view the free exhibits. Bus, train or ferry home from Circular Quay. Limit: 10. View

This is a joint NPA/Orangutan Project (TOP) walk as a fundraiser for TOP. The $15 ticket price will go directly to field groups in Indonesia who are working relentlessly to secure forest habitat for orangutans in Indonesia. Guest presenters Gary Schoer and Ian Hill will discuss forest and biodiversity conservation efforts as well stroll up Lady Carrington Drive. Limit: 12. View

Kurnell – Bonna Point Reserve – Silver Beach – Kamay Botany Bay National Park via Muru Fire Trail, Yena Picnic Area and Yena Track. Bay and ocean views. Reserves. Sand walking. Wet feet possible. Well-formed bush tracks. A lot of easy flat walking, some inclines/declines, steps, mostly well-formed paths and tracks, some uneven and rocky surfaces, could be slippery if wet, walking poles might be useful if you’d like to explore the rock platforms near Yena Picnic Area. Optional swim following the walk at Kurnell tidal pool or on return to Cronulla. Moderate pace. Limit: 12. View

Rocky Creek Canyon is without a doubt one of the most spectacular canyons in the Greater Blue Mountains/Wollemi area with its exquisite sculptured walls, numerous cascades and gorgeous pools to enjoy on a hot summer day. There are a few compulsory swims, so a wetsuit is essential, and a helmet should be used as well. The leader has many spare helmets to loan if intending walkers don't have one. We are walking along the coast, with hopefully some lovely sea breezes, from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach. At Coogee you can buy your lunch from a variety of outdoor eating places and join us in the park. You can also enjoy a swim (at your own risk) at Coogee. Great coastal views. Booking essential giving your mobile, emergency contact and NPA numbers, unless you are a regular on my walks. Many stairs, including one long staircase. Beginning from Lewisham station, we will view several generations of railway bridges and road bridges, and walk across a number of footbridges. including a couple of little known footbridges in the Callan Park precinct. We will finish in Rozelle, with many options for lunch - pub, pizza, Thai, etc. There's plenty of shade if it's hot weather. Train from Central at 9:42 arrives Lewisham 9:55. Meet on the south side of the station, at the corner of Railway Terrace and Victoria Street.   Limit: 16. View
