Enjoy this cooler walk with its spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. We will walk from Watsons Bay to Camp Cove to view the original landing place of the First Fleet, before they made their way to Sydney Cove, thence to South Head and onto Nielson Park, where there will be time for a quick swim or an opportunity to buy your lunch at the kiosk. Then we take the Hermitage Foreshore track to Rose Bay where you can catch a bus or ferry home. Booking essential, giving your mobile, emergency contact and NPA numbers, please. Rocky Creek Canyon is without a doubt one of the most spectacular canyons in the Greater Blue Mountains/Wollemi area with its exquisite sculptured walls, numerous cascades and gorgeous pools to enjoy on a hot summer day. There are a few compulsory swims, so a wetsuit is essential, and a helmet should be used as well. The leader has many spare helmets to loan if intending walkers don't have one.
