Possible swim here if time allows. Then take Wiggins Track to Springwood. Could be walking for 8 hours. Bring extra food and water.

Ocean and golf course views, option of swimming at Collaroy Rock Baths, option of extending to Narrabeen via Narrabeen Lagoon. Mostly well-formed paths. Sand walking, hopefully mostly hard sand, some uneven surfaces which may be slippery, hopefully not wet feet but possible. Ups and downs, one very steep incline near the start of the walk, steps. Moderate pace. Limit: 12. View

Mostly on cycle lanes and cycle paths. Coffee along the way, lunch at Fox Studios. Returning to Cronulla by approx. 3:30pm. Must book in with leader. Lets do it. This walk around the Balmain peninsula takes you to many different vantage points which provide a variety  of views across the Harbour, including Ballast Point, Birchgrove Park, Elington Park and the foreshore of East Balmain; it also considers the industrial history of the area. The route takes roads and alleyways, park paths and several sets of steps. Hazards: steps.
