Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Starting at Catherine Hill Surf Life Saving Club, walk along the beach passing the old pier, climb and walk along a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean, a pink boulder cave, on to Moonee Beach, Ghosties Beach to the edge of the cliff to a beach cave and then walk back along Ghosties Beach and up to Moonee Beach Track passing beautiful cliff faces, Wybung Trig Lookout and exit to Campbell Drive. Cars required for car shuttle to start and end of the walk. Steep and slippery sections and beach rock scrambling.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longSuitable for children aged 5 to 9. Must be accompanied by a parent/grand-parent/guardian. Distance: about 2km, on the island off-track exploring. Grade: Easy. Wear joggers and a hat that doesn’t blow away. We walk from Lake Tabourie over the tombola to Crampton Island. Feel like a pirate or Robinson Crusoe as we take time to explore rock formations and rock pools and head inland to see whether we can spot some signs of wildlife. Morning tea on the island. We keep an eye on the tide and return to the cars around 11 am. Take morning tea and water. Limit: Preference given to children with guardians. All other participants will be put on a waitlist. View

Carrying old boots or gum boots for the entry and exit to the tunnel will make this section of the walk more enjoyable. Torch required. The local flora is certain to be a delight. The second loop will incorporate more variety on pristine sections with a route through the old Helensburgh Tip with city views and a good view of the Garawarra area. Slippery sections, creek crossings.

It is about the best walk in the Blue Mountains. Great views. Waterfalls. Good tracks but muddy at times, steps, some street walking. Be rewarded with a coffee at one of the great cafes of Leura. You would not want to come home after this out of the world walk. No booking is required so just turn up on the day View

Kilometres of sandstone cliffs with waterfalls dropping 150m to the forest below. Visit Popes Glen, Boyds Beach, Cripps Lookout, Govetts Leap Lookout, Barrow Lookout and back to Blackheath via Braeside Walk. Well tracked but with lots of steps.

We will then walk along the Glebe foreshore to the earliest Chinese historic Sze Yup Taoist Temple. Then we will visit the soon-to-be rebuilt Sydney fish market. On the way to visit the White Rabbit Chinese contemporary art gallery we will pass the famous Central Park complex where plants were first used extensively on the front of high-rise buildings. Nearby Chinatown Market City food court would be a nice place for lunch. Hopefully an interesting Sunday outing. All admissions free.

Beginning at Bundeena, we walk along the Coastal Track, past the Balconies and Wedding Cake Rock to Marley Headland, before returning via the inland track. This takes us to places where we can see some interesting wildlife. Booking essential, giving your mobile, emergency phone and NPA numbers, if I don't already have them. The walk is fairly exposed and there are stairs and trip hazards. The tracks are mostly very good but there is one muddy and badly eroded track that we take.

Of course you have a big hill descending from Bungonia Lookout, down to the Shoalhaven River via Mt Ayre as the first section of the walk. Then a leisurely stroll along this most beautiful of rivers, before tackling the zig zag track that takes you up to Long Point. Steep sections of track.

This walk climbs the hills around Manly. Starting at Manly Wharf, it heads up and over to Little Manly Beach, then crosses the ridge to Fairy Bower Beach via St Patricks College. After a long flat stretch along the promenade from Steyne to Queenscliff beaches, it climbs towards Freshwater. From the top, the walk descends to Manly Creek. It finishes with a climb to the Kangaroo statue, returning via Ivanhoe Park and Tower Hill Park to Manly Cove. Steps.
