Needless to say the views from the top are incredible with Donkey Mountain and many of the local peaks clearly in sight. Rock scrambling and off-track walking. RSVP only accepted from two weeks prior up to 7 pm the day before walk. Glenbrook to Emu Plains. It is uphill to Knapsack Park. Morning tea will be at the convict built Lennox Bridge (1833). From there we visit Marges Lookout with views to Penrith Lakes, before taking a rough steep track down to the old highway. We walk up this to cross the Knapsack Viaduct, another stone bridge (1865). More rough tracks before concrete paths take us across the Nepean River twice and on to Emu Plains Station. We should have photos of 10 bridges at the end. Steep and slippery sections. View

Moderate pace. Huntleys Point to Cabarita via Bedlam Bay Parramatta River Regional Park, Banjo Patterson Park, Glades Bay Park, Putney Park, Putney Punt and Breakfast Point. River views. Mostly on well formed paths through reserves and quiet streets. Steps, ups and downs, some unformed and uneven surfaces which could be slippery and muddy after rain. Walking poles might assist. Break off point available. Limit: 14. View

From Moffitts Trail we will enter a world of ridges filled with pagodas of all descriptions and wonder at the superlative views along the Mercury Ridge towards Pantoneys Crown and beyond, before heading past the amazing Tarpien Rock and then the highlight of the walk the Pagoda maze.
