A walk of discovery and mostly off-track, exploring the interesting and dramatic landscape of these cliff lines, small creeks and ravines high above the Grose Valley. The distance isn't very far but this is not an area you can travel in a speedy manner as there's so much to see along the way, including some very impressive pagodas.

Opened in November 2003, Mt Penang Gardens is considered an enduring and radical contribution to public garden design in Australia. Its distinctive design by Anton James sets it apart from the traditional botanical garden. His garden within a garden produces an understated landscape that is less manicured and in a constant state of being. It continues to evolve today.
