The St John Ambulance Provide First Aid course covers a broad range of topics to enable participants to confidently manage emergency situations and provide a first aid response to a casualty. It is suitable for both people in workplaces and members of the public who want training in first aid. Provide First Aid courses offered through Scouts NSW, St John’s and Bushwalking NSW cover all the normal content, but with an outdoors slant. Walk back underneath the cliff line to Koan Cave, then continue south via Koan Pass and above the cliff line, all the way to Michelangelo Cave. Visit Michaels Chair and re-connect with the first car. The Maroubra to La Perouse walk is sprinkled with beautiful beaches, cliffs and National Parks, and provides endless stunning ocean views.
There are plenty of spots along the way to relax and enjoy the views. It is flat pretty much all the way so isn’t too strenuous. And, oh, did I mention whales?
