After checking out the spectacular view into the Shoalhaven River from Badgerys Lookout we descend 500m down the track to the river. Along the river we have several options: one option is checking out Tryers Gorge just upstream of Sparkes Buttress and another is to wander along the casurinas before having lunch and then ascending back to the cars via the same route. Be prepared to be knocked out by the superlative views from its pagoda studded summit and by the numerous small rooms, slots and passes as we travel from one end to the other. With train station at each end this walk explores the ridges and valleys around Berowra Waters. There are
plenty of excellent views, especially at Naa Badu Lookout and the many creek vantage points along the way. There are some solid climbs on this walk so be sure to allow enough time.
