We will kayak from the Berrilee boat ramp to the twin beaches for morning tea then on to Marramarra Creek and Marramarra Camp ground. We will have lunch, explore the area and camp overnight for a return the same way the next day. All gear and drinking water must be carried. Own kayak, PFD and transport required. This trip is weather dependent. We are crossing open water so care must be taken. Other craft may be encounted and there are areas of oyster leases to be negotiated. Bobbin Head to St Ives. The 100 km trail features the well-known Great North Walk and the Harbour to Hawkesbury Walking Track in the beautiful bushland of northern Sydney. Section 4 starts from Bobbin Head and finish at St Ives Showground. We walk from Mt Kuring-gai Station to start of section at Bobbin Head and finish at the Wildflower garden. Then we catch a bus back to Wynyard. Angelo will be leading some sections of the Great North Walk. Join this walk so that we get to know each other better. Bring snacks and drinks. Slippery sections. Ahearns Lookout is found by following the beginning of Starlights Track. Take a left fork leading to Rocky Waterholes Lookout and just past this junction look for a right turn which meanders along the ridge to Ahearns Lookout.
