It has the quality of botanic gardens, displaying the rare and the beautiful. Large colourful display gardens with hundreds of grevilleas and other native species and hybrids, rain forest walk, acres to explore including a bushwalking track, barbecue and picnic facilities, a large range of native plants for sale, extensive range of books for sale, advice on growing native plants and birdwatching. The Illawarra Grevillea Park - Just an hour and a half by car from just about anywhere in Sydney. The park aims to encourage the appreciation and study of native plants.
