The Entrance Coast to Lake Scenic Walk is a 'string of pearls' walk, connecting pedestrians to attractions, landmarks and facilities around The Entrance, covering over 7.6km of Central Coast's beautiful area. Start with a scenic train ride to Central Coast. We walk from Long Jetty to The Entrance via Toowoon Bay. After a lunch stop at The Entrance, we return to Long Jetty via the Tuggerah Lake foreshore. The walk can be shortened, if needed, by catching a return bus from The Entrance to Tuggerah or Gosford. Swimming opportunities. Steps, stairs, short sections of wet, slippery rocks. Good Friday Walk: Bush tracks, River walk and churches
- Clarke's Pt reserve, Kelly's bush: This is a beautiful short and simple route that explores Clarkes Point Reserve and the heritage-listed bushland, Kellys Bush Park, on the southern foreshore of the Woolwich area in Sydney.
- Churches in Hunters Hill: All Saints Church, Ferry Street, the Congregational Church Garden, Alexandra Street; across the overpass to St Joseph’s Convent, Gladesville Road and Rocher Avenue to Villa Maria,
- Boronia Park Reserve along the Lane Cove River. Along the route you can enjoy beautiful views over the water as you walk near sections of mangroves that hold a variety of bird and wildlife species. There are sections of boardwalk along the way to keep things interesting too.
Steep and slippery sections Limit: 12.

(NEW!!!) The day starts at Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street Sydney. An iconic masterpiece by Harry Seidler. We meet at the piazza where you can have lunch, eg coffee shop, Yum Cha Project. Then we walk to Sydney Observatory, Barangaroo and along the water front to St Mary's Cathedral. We can have afternoon tea under the Harbour Bridge Pylon, then walk to IGA where you can buy something for a picnic around the Cathedral. We’ll gather around the Eastern Door of the cathedral at 6pm.We will climb the stairs at the conclusion of mass. The mass starts at 5:30. You are welcome to attend the mass. We'll see the bells being rung by the St Mary's bellringers from 6.15pm and we can see the bells hanging in the belfry afterwards at 7.15pm. Finishing time will be approximately 7.30pm Fitness is required for this walk. There are 111 spiral stairs to the ringing room and a few flights of stairs to the belfry. Many steps. This is a rare opportunity that only a few members can join. Only RSVP if you can commit 100%. Limit: 6.
