 This is an identical walk to Saturday 31/8. Walk one day or both days. Today we walk from North Ryde to Thornleigh. It's a beautiful bushwalk along the Lane Cove River, somewhat rocky but generally good track, ending with a steep climb to Thornleigh Station at the end. There are 5 mild creek crossings. Beautiful sandstone caves, magestic gum trees and grass trees are there to welcome you. The track is adorned with wildflowers: Boronia, wattles, rice flowers, grevillea and more.
