Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or long(Nearly fully booked) Co-leader Elena Mazur: EGYPTIAN HIEROGLYPHICS. Did the Egyptians discover Australia before Captain Cook? You can make up your own minds about the hieroglyphics. It’s a loop walk. A little climb up a hill then squeeze through a small opening, will find you in a crevice adorned with the hieroglyphs. From there, we can retrace our steps for a short distance, then walk the Koolewong Fire trail for a further kilometre or so before crossing the creek and having lunch at the waterfall. After lunch, we'll visit the Aboriginal Carvings. View Esther's future walks A bit of scrambling to get to the hieroglyphs. Chance of getting wet feet. The waterfall is sometimes quite slippery and may have to do a little rock hopping.
