   A relaxing walk around Middle Head. Starting at Rawson Park, Mosman, descend to Chowder Bay Rd, walk out to Middle Head, descend to Balmoral Beach via the steel steps and return up the hill on the old tramway route. If you want to have a swim, or have walked far enough, there are several options to pull out and make your own way home by bus. The full route is a circular walk. Steps.
