However it does have some superb sections and on the climb out back to the cars there are an assortment of very spectacular pagodas,worth visiting. rock scrambling,rock hopping along the creek

There are great views along and the way and an invitation to have a surf at Bondi at the conclusion of the walk. You can purchase your lunch at Bondi too. Booking essential. Include your mobile, emergency contact and NPA numbers. Some stairs and not much shade, so bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water.

The Entrance Coast to Lake Scenic Walk is a 'string of pearls' walk connecting pedestrians to attractions, landmarks and facilities around The Entrance, covering over 7.6km of Central Coast's beautiful area. Join us for a mini holiday. Start with a scenic train ride to Central Coast. We walk from the Long Jetty, Tuggerah Lake to The Entrance, then to Toowoon Bay. We start with a coffee and have lunch at the Entrance. Swimming opportunities.

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Wondabyne to Patonga walking track is part of the renowned Great North walk, and is an absolute must for experienced bushwalkers keen to explore Brisbane Water National Park. Starting at Wondabyne railway station, this challenging rough track winds through superb grassy woodlands, rainforest and coastal heath. Soak up spectacular views over Brisbane Water, Broken Bay and Hawkesbury River and stop for a swim near Kariong Brook waterfall; particularly impressive after rain. Birdwatching enthusiasts are spoilt for choice all year round, so keep an eye out for cockatoos, brush turkeys and owls. You may even spot a koala in one of the grey gums. Upon reaching Patonga, take the ferry to Palm Beach. View

Swimming opportunities. From here, my preference is to return via the gully rising towards the south east, but several other options exist, depending on the time available. Re-connect with the vehicles. Partly exploratory. About 8 km. Scrambling and exposure.
