Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Starting at the end of White Cross Road, walk along Shaws Ridge Trail, Blue Gum Swamp Track, Bees Nest Hill and Springwood Ridge Trail to Grose Head South Lookout, and then along a steep eroded track to Grose Head South and back. Could visit the Grotto on the way to or back. We will walk through the beautiful Blue Gum Forest and enjoy the great views over the Grose Valley from the lookout. The track is fine up to the lookout, but beyond that, it is eroded and involves a bit of scrambling. Cars required for the car shuttle from Springwood Station to the start of the walk. Hazards: Steep and slippery sections and creek crossing. Limit:15.
