Leader: Philip Wright. Fireflies . Glow worms. Meet at station at 7:15 pm. If you wish to have dinner at Springwood take the 4:55 train arriving Springwood at 6:15pm.  Bright Headlamp, preferably with red light,  with spare batteries is essential for your safety. If you arrive with no headlamp, you will be turned back. Many steps, metal bits on ground, small creek crossings, muddy in parts. Limit: 7. View

Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.RSVP Direct to heatherlakiss@gmail.com   Commencing Kitchener Street, St Ives and heading towards the fairly steep Management Trail up to the Wild Flower Garden and onto the Information Centre to view the native plants, snake and lizard on display. Coffee is available there from the machine.  Stop for morning tea.   Continue to St Ives Showground where Tree Tops is situated, a challenging climbing area for all ages, view other venues and have our packed lunch.  Return to the WFG.  Option to leave the WFG onto Mona Vale Road for a bus to Gordon Station or continue back to Kitchener Street initially on a different WFG route and return via the Management Trail. Limit: 15. View

Accommodation | An activity that involves an overnight stay, using hard-roofed accommodation such as a cabin, hut or hotel.(Nearly fully booked) Our annual Pittwater weekend of walking / swimming / kayaking / relaxing is on again, it was so much fun last year that everyone decided we need to do it again.  Accomodation is dormitory style, access is by ferry from Church Point.  Cook your own meals in the well equipped kitchen.  If interested please email and I will send you the details of the weekend.
