Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longCafe | A trip that involves a relaxed stop at a cafe.From Bill Andriske Oval in Mollymook, walk along the northern end of Mollymook Beach, up to Mitchell Parade and along to the Bannister Head Lookout. A minor but easy scramble to the rockshelf at Bannisters Heads can reveal seals and dolphins and a rarely seen perspective. Really – it’s amazing. Continue behind the houses and magic garden to return via the byways of Mollymook. Coffee etc. on the lawn at the oval. Grade 2-3: Easy/social. Contact leader essential for time and details. Walk | A bushwalk of any kind short or longPublic Transport | There are public transport options to and from this activity.Part of the Great North Walk, this track goes down to Jerusalem Bay before climbing back through the sandstone plateau that forms the Hawkesbury valley. Connects with Brooklyn Dam Trail and passes through Brooklyn Dam campsite before ending at Brooklyn and Hawkesbury River station. The ascent from Jerusalem Bay is steep and requires a reasonable level of walking fitness. Hazards include creek crossing and slippery rocks.
